Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders to UAE addresses within 48 hours of order confirmation. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or UAE public holidays, which may extend dispatch times.

Once dispatched, orders are typically sent via a next-business-day courier service; however, delivery may take up to 5 working days depending on location and courier operations.

This policy applies only to orders placed within the UAE with a final delivery address in the UAE. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery and address details are accurate at checkout. Kendamil reserves the right to cancel and refund orders on a case-by-case basis.
