Delivery Policy

We endeavour to dispatch all parcels to UAE addresses within 48 hours of order confirmation. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends or UAE public holidays, so dispatch times may be longer during these periods. Kendamil reserves the right to cancel and refund orders on an order-by-order basis. 

Once dispatched orders are usually sent on a next-day delivery service but delivery can take up to 5 working days.

This policy only applies to orders that were made in the UAE and had their final delivery address (for use by the customer) in the UAE. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery and address information is accurate.

Dubai

Orders must be placed before 2 pm for next-day delivery.

Other Emirates

*Please note we reserve the right to cancel any deliveries. Doing so will result in your order being cancelled and a refund having to be processed by our team.  

Pre Orders

Please note that any pre-orders will be not be shipped immediately. Orders will be fulfilled when the product becomes in stock.
