Return Policy

Due to the nature of Kendamil products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

The only exception is if an item was incorrectly delivered by our team. In this case, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thelittlebirdygroup.com, including your order number and photos of the item received.

If confirmed as our error, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, customer ordering errors, opened products, or shipping delays. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or dispatched.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who attempts to return or exchange items outside of this policy.
